Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We design and build nfuse.eu to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549, in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

Conformance status

nfuse.eu is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We target full WCAG 2.2 AA across the whole site, in both English and Dutch, and fix issues as we find them.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with clear landmarks, a single <h1> per page and a logical heading order.
• A visible “skip to content” link and full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator.
• Colour contrast that meets AA, and meaning never conveyed by colour alone.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
• Pinch-zoom and text resizing enabled (we never disable zoom), with content reflowing without loss at 200% zoom and 400% reflow.
• Forms with associated labels and clear error messages.
• Automated accessibility checks (axe) run on every change in our build pipeline, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing before release.

Voluntary statement

We provide this accessibility statement voluntarily. nFuse NV is a private business-to-business provider of managed services and cloud hosting, and nfuse.eu is an informational website that does not sell products or services to consumers online. It therefore does not fall within the binding scope of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) or the public-sector Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102). We hold ourselves to WCAG 2.2 AA regardless, as a matter of good practice.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 2 November 2026. It is based on a self-evaluation of nfuse.eu against WCAG 2.2 AA (automated axe checks on every change, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing). It will be reviewed when the site changes materially and at least annually.
