This week, nFuse welcomed a new dedicated Service Level Manager named Gaëthan to strengthen the Delivery team. With 6 years of experience in customer relations, he is committed to supporting the company's growth and continuous improvement mission.
Outside work, Gaëthan enjoys various hobbies including guitar, Airsoft, Magic The Gathering, and Tabletop RPGs. He also spends quality time with his partner watching television and films.
Meet Joan
Joan, from Valencia, is a soon-to-be Sysadmin graduate currently interning with nFuse in DevOps. His background spans logistics, customer service, and English teaching roles where he developed communication skills.
He describes himself as a creative thinker who enjoys exploring different approaches to problem-solving while maintaining an open mind. Joan emphasizes collaboration and personal growth, stating that the philosophy that describes me best is always to continue learning to grow continuously.
