Service Level Manager

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for an extra Service Level Manager who gets energy from building and strengthening customer relationships. Someone who is proactive and solution-oriented, ready to take our customer service to the next level in close collaboration with the technical team.

Responsibilities?

  • As Service Level Manager (SLM), you are the link between technical teams and the customer.
  • You are the main point of contact for our customers and work closely with the Account Managers.
  • Together with the technical team, you translate data and metrics into clear business insights for our customers.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement before incidents occur.

  • Analyst – You quickly understand our services and the needs of customers, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Application Support – Experience in a support/incident environment is a strong asset.
  • You will mainly work from our headquarters in Hasselt.
